Oil casing tube stacking machine is used in oil pipe manufacturing factory, for improve the working efficiency and reduce human labor’s work.
The stacking movements description
Steel pipe feed-in stacking area; fetching steel pipe into row; move pipe-row; stacking pipe-row layer by layer in bundle-frame; auto strapping the steel pipe bundles; send to storage area.
The steel pipes transported by the rollers to the assigned position, are picked up by the stepping mechanism and put into the platform waiting for transverse movement one by one. Under the work of the proximity switch, the steel pipes are near proximity switch, pipe number is accumulated by program, when the pipe number is reach the setting number, the pipes are transferred to the palletizing device, and the steel pipes are put into the frame of the lifting hexagonal ladle by the electromagnet transmission devices; When the bundle-frame is full and get ready, it is sent to strapping roller-path and go through auto-strapping machine to get whole bundle get steel strip belts strapped under the control of program. When the whole steel pipe bundles go through auto-strapping machine, one bundle is get strapped into package. And the bundled steel pipe package is sent to the collection roller table longitudinally, and then moved to the package storage platform, waiting for crane transiting.
